These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway hosted by UnleashtheGame GmbH. Participation in the giveaway is solely subject to these terms and conditions. The giveaway is not affiliated with or organized by Facebook, Tiktok, or X in any way and is not supported by them.

Duration of the Giveaway
The giveaway period extends from 02/01/2024 to 08/01/24, 16:00. During this time, users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway.

and agreement to these terms and conditions. Participation is only possible within the specified period, and entries received after the deadline will not be considered in the draw.
Each participant is allowed only one entry into the giveaway. Using multiple accounts to increase chances of winning is strictly prohibited.
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge.
3. Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Europe and who have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If a participant is limited in their legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
Not eligible to participate in the giveaway are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of the organizer, as well as their family members. The organizer also reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at their discretion if there are valid reasons, such as:
(a) manipulation related to access to or conduct of the giveaway, (b) violations of these terms and conditions, (c) unfair actions, or (d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the giveaway.
4. Prize, Notification, and Prize Delivery
The giveaway includes an Amazon voucher worth €25 + Spinebusters jersey.
Winners will be determined randomly after the participation deadline through a draw among all participants.
Winners will be notified promptly via private message and/or email. Each winner must contact <Email address> within 1 week. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the organizer may transfer the prize to another participant.
The prize will be handed over via <Mail delivery / Package delivery / Email delivery> at the expense of the organizer exclusively to the winner or the legal representative of the winner. Exchange, self-pickup, and cash payment of the prize are not possible.
Costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner
5. Premature Termination of the Giveaway
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons. The organizer may exercise this option, especially if a proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed due to technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or legal reasons. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer may claim damages from that person.
6. Data Protection
For participation in the giveaway, the provision of personal data is necessary. Participants assure that the information provided about themselves, especially first name, last name, address, and email address, is truthful and correct.
The organizer emphasizes that all personal data of the participant will neither be disclosed to third parties nor made available for use by them.
All email addresses and voluntarily provided participant data will be collected and stored exclusively for prize determination. All data will be deleted at the latest 30 days after the end of the giveaway. Participants have the legal rights to information, modification, and revocation. 8. Revocation
Participants are free to revoke their participation at any time by requesting the deletion of their registration data at <Email address>.
9. Liability
Claims regarding possible defects in the prizes provided by the prize sponsors are to be asserted exclusively against them.
The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor and the consequences arising from it for the conduct of the giveaway.
